Here at People and Gardens we like to recycle as much as we possibly can and either create a new item or donate the items to charity.  Currently we are collecting the following:-

Milk bottle tops – taken to Lush and they are then used to make bottle board that is used to make furniture for their stores.

Used pens/felt pens – melted down and reused.

Used postage stamps – sent to the RNIB.

Crisp packets – empty and clean – sent to prickles and paws.

Jam jar lids as in the photo – we will be using these at the nursery – the reason is top secret!!!

If you have any of these items especially the Jam jar lids, pens and postage stamps please think about sending them into us before putting them into landfill – they don’t need to go there! If passing a Lush store then why not drop your bottle tops into them.
