You can tell someone at People and Gardens by
- talking to a member of staff in person; or
- by phone; or
- by letter
If you would like you can get help from
- an advocate (someone to speak for you); or
- an interpreter
When you tell us what you think we will listen carefully. We will explain how we can help.
If you have made a complaint and you are not happy with what we did about it you can
- write us a letter
We will tell you we have got your letter within 5 days.
The Manager of People and Gardens will look carefully at your complaint.
The Manager will write to you within 2 weeks with an answer.
If you are still not happy you can have a meeting with the Manager to talk about it.
We will keep records of all comments and complaints.
