If you would like to participate in our group or you know someone who you think may benefit please contact us to ask questions and find out more.

To become a participant you can be referred in several ways:

• * Your Adult Social Care representative or Community Placement Officer

• * Your G.P., Occupational Therapist or Community Health team

• * Independent or charitable agencies that provide residential care e.g. Mencap

• * By personal arrangement
